^32 (A)And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in ^(B)this age or in the age to come.

² in which you ^(A)previously walked according to the ^[a]course of ^(B)this world, according to ^(C)the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in ^(D)the ^[b]sons of disobedience.

^12 [a]instructing us to deny ungodliness and ^(A)worldly desires and ^(B)to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner ^(C)in the present age,

⁴ You ^(A)adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with ^(B)the world is ^(C)hostility toward God? ^(D)Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

⁴ Through ^[a]these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent ^(A)promises, so that by them you may become ^(B)partakers of the divine nature, having ^(C)escaped the ^(D)corruption that is in ^(E)the world on account of lust.
