Matthew 12:34-36
1599 Geneva Bible
34 [a]O generations of vipers, how can you speak good things, when ye are evil? For of the (A)abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of an evil treasure, bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, that of every [b]idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof at the day of judgment.

New International Version
34 You brood of vipers,(A) how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks(B) what the heart is full of. 35 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. 36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken.
