³³ When the crowds heard this, ^(A)they were astonished at His teaching.

^22 (A)They were amazed at His teaching; for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

² When the Sabbath came, He began ^(A)to teach in the synagogue; and the ^(B)many listeners were astonished, saying, “Where did this man get these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such ^[a]miracles as these performed by His hands?

¹⁸ The chief priests and the scribes heard this, and ^(A)began seeking how to destroy Him; for they were afraid of Him, for ^(B)the whole crowd was astonished at His teaching.

³² and ^(A)they were amazed at His teaching, for ^(B)His ^[a]message was with authority.

⁴⁶ The ^(A)officers answered, “^(B)Never has a man spoken the way this man speaks.”
