20 Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ.

21 From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised. 22 And Peter took him and began to rebuke him, saying, “God forbid, Lord! This shall never happen to you.”

20 Then he ordered his disciples not to tell anyone(A) that he was the Messiah.
Jesus Predicts His Death(B)
21 From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem(C) and suffer many things(D) at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law,(E) and that he must be killed(F) and on the third day(G) be raised to life.(H)
22 Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “Never, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to you!”
