²⁷ For the ^(A)Son of Man ^(B)is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and ^(C)will then ^[a]repay every man according to his ^[b]deeds.

²⁸ “Truly I say to you, there are some of those who are standing here who will not taste death until they see the ^(D)Son of Man ^(E)coming in His kingdom.”

¹⁶ For the Lord ^(A)Himself ^(B)will descend from heaven with a ^[a](C)shout, with the voice of ^(D)the archangel and with the ^(E)trumpet of God, and ^(F)the dead in Christ will rise first.

⁷ and to give relief to you who are afflicted ^[a]and to us as well ^[b](A)when the Lord Jesus will be revealed ^(B)from heaven ^(C)with ^[c]His mighty angels ^(D)in flaming fire,

²⁸ so Christ also, having been ^(A)offered once to ^(B)bear the sins of many, will appear ^(C)a second time for ^(D)salvation ^(E)without reference to sin, to those who ^(F)eagerly await Him.

¹⁴ It was also about these men that ^(A)Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “^(B)Behold, the Lord came with ^[a]many thousands of His holy ones,

^7 (A)Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and ^(B)every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will ^(C)mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.
