Matthew 26:22-24

22 The disciples were very sad, and each one said to Jesus, “Lord, you can't mean me!”
23 (A) He answered, “One of you men who has eaten with me from this dish will betray me. 24 The Son of Man will die, as the Scriptures say. But it's going to be terrible for the one who betrays me! That man would be better off if he had never been born.”

New International Version
22 They were very sad and began to say to him one after the other, “Surely you don’t mean me, Lord?”
23 Jesus replied, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me.(A) 24 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him.(B) But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
