Matthew 26:23-25
Good News Translation
23 (A)Jesus answered, “One who dips his bread in the dish with me will betray me. 24 The Son of Man will die as the Scriptures say he will, but how terrible for that man who will betray the Son of Man! It would have been better for that man if he had never been born!”
25 Judas, the traitor, spoke up. “Surely, Teacher, you don't mean me?” he asked.
Jesus answered, “So you say.”

New International Version
23 Jesus replied, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me.(A) 24 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him.(B) But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
25 Then Judas, the one who would betray him,(C) said, “Surely you don’t mean me, Rabbi?”(D)
Jesus answered, “You have said so.”
