The Soldiers Mock Jesus^(A)

¹⁶ The soldiers led Jesus away into the palace^(B) (that is, the Praetorium) and called together the whole company of soldiers.

³ So Judas came to the garden, guiding^(A) a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees.^(B) They were carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.

¹² Then the detachment of soldiers with its commander and the Jewish officials^(A) arrested Jesus. They bound him
