^35 (A)Then they crucified Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, ^[a]that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet:

²⁴ And when they crucified Him, ^(A)they divided His garments, casting lots for them to determine what every man should take.

³³ And ^(A)when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left.

²⁸ Then Jesus said to them, “When you ^(A)lift^[a] up the Son of Man, ^(B)then you will know that I am He, and ^(C)that I do nothing of Myself; but ^(D)as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.

³⁴ The people answered Him, ^(A)“We have heard from the law that the Christ remains forever; and how can You say, ‘The Son of Man must be lifted up’? Who is this Son of Man?”
