64 Therefore give orders that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest his disciples come and[a] steal him and tell the people, ‘He has been raised from the dead,’ and the last deception will be worse than the first.” 65 Pilate said to them, “You have a guard of soldiers. Go, make it[b] as secure as you know how.” 66 So they went with the guard of soldiers and[c] made the tomb secure by[d] sealing the stone.
