Matthew 27:9-11
Living Bible
9 This fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah which says,
“They took the thirty pieces of silver—the price at which he was valued by the people of Israel— 10 and purchased a field from the potters as the Lord directed me.”
11 Now Jesus was standing before Pilate, the Roman governor. “Are you the Jews’ Messiah?”[a] the governor asked him.
“Yes,” Jesus replied.

9 Then what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled:(A) “They took the thirty pieces of silver, the price set on him by the people of Israel, 10 and they used them to buy the potter’s field, as the Lord commanded me.”[a](B)

“You have said so,” Jesus replied.
