²⁴ Then the news about Him spread throughout Syria.^(A) So they brought to Him all those who were afflicted, those suffering from various diseases and intense pains, the demon-possessed, the epileptics, and the paralytics.^(B) And He healed them.

³³ Then the men who tended them fled. They went into the city and reported everything—especially what had happened to those who were demon-possessed.

¹² so that even facecloths or work aprons^[a] that had touched his skin were brought to the sick, and the diseases left them, and the evil spirits came out of them.^(A)
