¹² But when He heard this, He said, “Those who are well don’t need a doctor, but the sick do.^(A)

¹⁷ When Jesus heard this, He told them, “Those who are well don’t need^(A) a doctor,^(B) but the sick^(C) do need one. I didn’t come to call the righteous,^(D) but sinners.”^(E)

³¹ Jesus replied to them, “The healthy don’t need a doctor, but the sick do.

¹¹ When the crowds found out, they followed Him. He welcomed them,^(A) spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and cured^[a] those who needed healing.
