²⁷ For the Son of Man is going to come with His angels in the glory of His Father,^(A) and then He will reward each according to what he has done. ²⁸ I assure you: There are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”^(B)

³⁰ “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the peoples of the earth^[a] will mourn;^[b] and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.^(A)

²⁷ Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud^(A) with power and great glory.^(B)

⁵⁶ “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”^(A)

¹³ and among the lampstands was One like the Son of Man,^[a](A) dressed in a long robe and with a gold sash wrapped around His chest.

Reaping the Earth’s Harvest

¹⁴ Then I looked, and there was a white cloud, and One like the Son of Man^[a](A) was seated on the cloud, with a gold crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His hand.
