²⁸ I assure you: There are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”^(A)

²⁸ Jesus said to them, “I assure you: In the Messianic Age,^[a](A) when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne,^(B) you who have followed Me will also sit on 12 thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel.

The Sheep and the Goats

³¹ “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels^[a](A) with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.^(B)

³⁴ Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom^(A) prepared for you from the foundation of the world.^(B)

⁴² Then he said, “Jesus, remember me^[a](A) when You come into Your kingdom!”^(B)
