²⁶ Yet ^(A)it shall not be so among you; but ^(B)whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.

^27 (A)And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave—

¹¹ But ^(A)he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.

^43 (A)Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.

⁴⁴ And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.

^26 (A)But not so among you; on the contrary, ^(B)he who is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he who governs as he who serves.

^27 (A)For who is greater, he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Yet ^(B)I am among you as the One who serves.
