^13 (A)But the one who endures to the end is the one who will be saved.

²² And ^(A)you will be hated by all because of My name, but ^(B)it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved.

¹³ Therefore, ^[a](A)prepare your minds for action, ^[b](B)keep sober in spirit, set your ^(C)hope completely on the ^(D)grace to be brought to you at ^(E)the revelation of Jesus Christ.

⁵ who are ^(A)protected by the power of God ^(B)through faith for ^(C)a salvation ready ^(D)to be revealed in the last time. ^6 (E)In this you greatly rejoice, even though now ^(F)for a little while, ^(G)if necessary, you have been distressed by ^(H)various ^[a]trials, ⁷ so that the ^[b](I)proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which perishes ^(J)though tested by fire, ^(K)may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at ^(L)the revelation of Jesus Christ; ⁸ and ^(M)though you have not seen Him, you ^(N)love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and ^[c]full of glory, ⁹ obtaining as ^(O)the outcome of your faith, the salvation of ^[d]your souls.

⁷ so that you are not lacking in any gift, as you eagerly ^(A)await the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, ^8 (B)who will also ^[a]confirm you to the end, blameless on ^(C)the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹¹ Now these things happened to them as an ^(A)example, and ^(B)they were written for our instruction, upon whom ^(C)the ends of the ages have come.

¹³ For we write nothing else to you than what you read and understand, and I hope you will understand ^(A)until the end;

⁶ but Christ was faithful as ^(A)a Son over His house—^(B)whose house we are, ^(C)if we hold firmly to our ^(D)confidence and the boast of our ^[a](E)hope.

¹⁴ For we have become partakers of Christ ^(A)if we keep the beginning of our ^[a](B)commitment firm until the end,
