⁴¹ “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ^(A)‘Depart from Me, you cursed, ^(B)into the everlasting fire prepared for ^(C)the devil and his angels:

^43 (A)If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life ^[a]maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to ^[b]hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— ^44 [c]where

⁴⁵ And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into ^[d]hell, ^[e]into the fire that shall never be quenched— ⁴⁶ where

⁴⁷ And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into ^[f]hell fire— ⁴⁸ where

^27 (A)And as it is appointed for men to die once, ^(B)but after this the judgment,

⁹ Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, ^(A)“If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his ^(B)mark on his forehead or on his hand, ¹⁰ he himself ^(C)shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is ^(D)poured out full strength into ^(E)the cup of His indignation. ^(F)He shall be tormented with ^(G)fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. ¹¹ And ^(H)the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

¹² And I saw the dead, ^(A)small and great, standing before ^[a]God, ^(B)and books were opened. And another ^(C)book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged ^(D)according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. ¹³ The sea gave up the dead who were in it, ^(E)and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. ^(F)And they were judged, each one according to his works. ¹⁴ Then ^(G)Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. ^(H)This is the second ^[b]death. ¹⁵ And anyone not found written in the Book of Life ^(I)was cast into the lake of fire.

^8 (A)But the cowardly, ^[a]unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in ^(B)the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
