¹² Therefore, whatever you want others to do for you, do also the same for them—this is the Law and the Prophets.^[a](A)

³¹ Do we then cancel the law through faith? Absolutely not!^(A) On the contrary, we uphold the law.^(B)

Love, Our Primary Duty

⁸ Do not owe anyone anything,^[a] except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.^(A)

²⁴ The law, then, was our guardian^[a] until Christ,^(A) so that we could be justified by faith.
