¹⁴ Etzah (counsel, advice) is mine, and sound judgment; I am binah; I have gevurah.

¹⁵ By me melachim reign, and nobles decree tzedek.

¹⁶ By me sarim (princes) rule, and nobles, even all the shofetim of tzedek.
