20 You gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst. 21 Forty years You sustained them in the wilderness, so that they lacked nothing—their clothing did not wear out nor did their feet swell.
22 “You gave them kingdoms and nations, and You divided them as boundaries. They possessed the land of Sihon, which was the land of the king of Heshbon, and the land of Og, the king of Bashan.

20 You gave your good Spirit(A) to instruct(B) them. You did not withhold your manna(C) from their mouths, and you gave them water(D) for their thirst. 21 For forty years(E) you sustained them in the wilderness; they lacked nothing,(F) their clothes did not wear out nor did their feet become swollen.(G)
22 “You gave them kingdoms and nations, allotting to them even the remotest frontiers. They took over the country of Sihon[a](H) king of Heshbon and the country of Og king of Bashan.(I)
