28 Y’hoshua, the son of Nun, who from his youth up had been Moshe’s assistant, answered, “My lord, Moshe, stop them!” 29 But Moshe replied, “Are you so zealous to protect me? I wish all of Adonai’s people were prophets! I wish Adonai would put his Spirit on all of them!”

New International Version
28 Joshua son of Nun,(A) who had been Moses’ aide(B) since youth, spoke up and said, “Moses, my lord, stop them!”(C)
29 But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets(D) and that the Lord would put his Spirit(E) on them!”(F) 30 Then Moses and the elders of Israel returned to the camp.
