^5 (A)We remember the fish which we used to eat for free in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic;

¹³ Is it ^[a]not enough that you have brought us up out of a ^(A)land flowing with milk and honey ^(B)to have us die in the wilderness, but you would also appoint yourself as master over us?

^3 (A)Then the people argued with Moses and spoke, saying, “^(B)If only we had perished ^(C)when our brothers perished before the Lord! ^4 (D)Why then have you brought the Lord’s assembly into this wilderness, for us and our livestock to die ^[a]here?

⁵ So the people spoke against God and Moses: “^(A)Why have you brought us up from Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no ^[a]food and no water, and ^[b](B)we are disgusted with ^[c]this miserable food.”
