Numbers 12:2-4

²And they said, Has Jehovah indeed spoken only to Moses? has he not spoken also to us? And Jehovah heard it.

³But the man Moses was very meek, above all men that were upon the face of the earth.

⁴Then Jehovah spoke suddenly to Moses, and to Aaron, and to Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tent of meeting. And they went out, they three.

Numbers 12:2-4

New International Version

²“Has the Lord spoken only through Moses?” they asked. “Hasn’t he also spoken through us?”^(A) And the Lord heard this.^(B)

³(Now Moses was a very humble man,^(C) more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.)

⁴At once the Lord said to Moses, Aaron and Miriam, “Come out to the tent of meeting, all three of you.” So the three of them went out.
