7 And you must prepare 1 1/4 quarts of wine as a drink offering. Its smell will please the Lord.
8 “You might prepare a young bull as a burnt offering, a sacrifice, a fellowship offering, or to keep a special promise to the Lord. 9 At that time you must also bring a grain offering with the bull. That grain offering should be 24 cups[a] of fine flour mixed with 2 quarts[b] of olive oil.

New International Version
7 and a third of a hin of wine(A) as a drink offering.(B) Offer it as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(C)
8 “‘When you prepare a young bull(D) as a burnt offering or sacrifice, for a special vow(E) or a fellowship offering(F) to the Lord, 9 bring with the bull a grain offering(G) of three-tenths of an ephah[a](H) of the finest flour mixed with half a hin[b] of olive oil,
