Numbers 15:8-10

8 “If you prepare a young bull as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow, or as a fellowship offering to the Lord, 9 a grain offering of six quarts[a] of fine flour mixed with two quarts[b] of oil must be presented with the bull. 10 Also present two quarts[c] of wine as a drink offering. It is a fire offering of pleasing aroma to the Lord.

New International Version
8 “‘When you prepare a young bull(A) as a burnt offering or sacrifice, for a special vow(B) or a fellowship offering(C) to the Lord, 9 bring with the bull a grain offering(D) of three-tenths of an ephah[a](E) of the finest flour mixed with half a hin[b] of olive oil, 10 and also bring half a hin of wine(F) as a drink offering.(G) This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(H)
