18 “On the west side of the camp is the standard of the camp of Ephraim, arranged by their companies. The leader of the tribe of Ephraim is Elishama, the son of Ammihud. 19 His forces numbered forty thousand, five hundred. 20 The tribe of Manasseh will camp next to him. The leader of the tribe of Manasseh is Gamaliel, the son of Pedahzur.

18 On the west(A) will be the divisions of the camp of Ephraim(B) under their standard. The leader of the people of Ephraim is Elishama son of Ammihud.(C) 19 His division numbers 40,500.

20 The tribe of Manasseh(D) will be next to them. The leader of the people of Manasseh is Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.(E)
