13 And a tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering unto one lamb, for a burnt offering of sweet savor: it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
14 And their [a]drink offerings shall be half an Hin of wine unto one bullock, and the third part of an Hin unto a ram, and the fourth part of an Hin unto a lamb: this is the burnt offering of every month, throughout the months of the year.
15 And one he goat for a sin offering unto the Lord shall be prepared, besides the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.

13 and with each lamb, a grain offering(A) of a tenth(B) of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering,(C) a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.(D) 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering(E) of half a hin[a] of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin[b]; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon(F) during the year. 15 Besides the regular burnt offering(G) with its drink offering, one male goat(H) is to be presented to the Lord as a sin offering.[c](I)
