12 and brought them to Moses and Eleazar and to the community of the people of Israel, who were at the camp on the plains of Moab across the Jordan from Jericho.
The Army Returns
13 Moses, Eleazar, and all the other leaders of the community went out of the camp to meet the army. 14 Moses became angry with the officers, the commanders of battalions and companies, who had returned from the war.

New International Version
12 and brought the captives, spoils(A) and plunder to Moses and Eleazar the priest and the Israelite assembly(B) at their camp on the plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho.(C)
13 Moses, Eleazar the priest and all the leaders of the community went to meet them outside the camp. 14 Moses was angry with the officers of the army(D)—the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds—who returned from the battle.
