Rules of Restitution
5 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 6 “Speak to the Israelites:[a] ‘When a man or woman commits[b] any of the sins of humankind by acting unfaithfully, it is a sin against Yahweh, and that person will be guilty; 7 they will confess their sin that they did and will make restitution for their[c] guilt by adding a fifth to it[d] and giving it to whomever was wronged.[e]

Restitution for Wrongs
5 The Lord said to Moses, 6 “Say to the Israelites: ‘Any man or woman who wrongs another in any way[a] and so is unfaithful(A) to the Lord is guilty(B) 7 and must confess(C) the sin they have committed. They must make full restitution(D) for the wrong they have done, add a fifth of the value to it and give it all to the person they have wronged.
