New American Standard Bible

13 (A)But the person who is clean and is not on a journey, yet refrains from celebrating the Passover, that [a]person shall then be cut off from his people, because he did not present the offering of the Lord at its appointed time. That person (B)will bear the responsibility for his sin.

13 But if anyone who is ceremonially clean and not on a journey fails to celebrate the Passover, they must be cut off from their people(A) for not presenting the Lord’s offering at the appointed time. They will bear the consequences of their sin.
