Proverbs 10:19

¹⁹When there are ^(A)many words, wrongdoing is unavoidable,
But ^(B)one who restrains his lips is wise.

New International Version

¹⁹Sin is not ended by multiplying words,
but the prudent hold their tongues.^(A)

²⁷One who ^(A)withholds his words ^[a]has knowledge,
And one who has a ^(B)cool spirit is a person of understanding.

²⁷The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint,^(A)
and whoever has understanding is even-tempered.^(B)
