³⁰Smiling faces make you happy, and good news makes you feel better.

³¹If you pay attention when you are corrected, you are wise.

³²If you refuse to learn, you are hurting yourself. If you accept correction, you will become wiser.

Proverbs 15:30-32

New International Version

³⁰Light in a messenger’s eyes brings joy to the heart,
and good news gives health to the bones.^(A)

³¹Whoever heeds life-giving correction
will be at home among the wise.^(B)

³²Those who disregard discipline despise themselves,^(C)
but the one who heeds correction gains understanding.^(D)
