Proverbs 28:12

¹²When the righteous triumph, there is great elation;^(A)
but when the wicked rise to power, people go into hiding.^(B)

¹²When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.

¹⁹For he has oppressed the poor^(A) and left them destitute;^(B)
he has seized houses^(C) he did not build.
