Proverbs 28:8-10

8 He that increaseth his riches by usury and interest, gathereth [a]them for him that will be merciful unto the poor.
9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the Law, even his prayer shall be [b]abominable.
10 He that causeth the righteous to go astray by an evil way, shall fall into his own pit, and the upright shall inherit good things.

New International Version
8 Whoever increases wealth by taking interest(A) or profit from the poor
amasses it for another,(B) who will be kind to the poor.(C)
9 If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction,
even their prayers are detestable.(D)
10 Whoever leads the upright along an evil path
will fall into their own trap,(E)
but the blameless will receive a good inheritance.
