19 The Lord by wisdom hath laid the [a]foundation of the earth, and hath stablished the heavens through understanding.
20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
21 My son, let not these things depart from thine eyes, but observe wisdom and counsel.
