10 The Lord thwarts the plans of nations
    and frustrates the designs of peoples.
11 But the plan of the Lord remains forever,
    the designs of his heart for all generations.
12 [a]Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
    the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.[b]
