Psalm 34:13-17

13 Who is the man who delights in life,(A)
who loves to see the good days?
14 Keep your tongue from evil,
your lips from speaking lies.
15 Turn from evil and do good;(B)
seek peace and pursue it.
16 The eyes of the Lord are directed toward the righteous(C)
and his ears toward their cry.
17 The Lord’s face is against evildoers
to wipe out their memory from the earth.

13 keep your tongue(A) from evil
and your lips from telling lies.(B)
14 Turn from evil and do good;(C)
seek peace(D) and pursue it.
15 The eyes of the Lord(E) are on the righteous,(F)
and his ears are attentive(G) to their cry;
16 but the face of the Lord is against(H) those who do evil,(I)
to blot out their name(J) from the earth.
17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears(K) them;
he delivers them from all their troubles.
