2 Which covereth himself with light, as with a garment, and spreadeth the heavens like a curtain.
3 Which layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters, and maketh the clouds his chariot, and walketh upon the wings of the wind.
4 Which [a]maketh the spirits his messengers, and a flaming fire his ministers.

Psalm 104:2-4
New International Version
2 The Lord wraps(A) himself in light(B) as with a garment;
he stretches(C) out the heavens(D) like a tent(E)
3 and lays the beams(F) of his upper chambers on their waters.(G)
He makes the clouds(H) his chariot(I)
and rides on the wings of the wind.(J)
4 He makes winds his messengers,[a](K)
flames of fire(L) his servants.
