Psalm 106:37-39

New International Version

³⁷They sacrificed their sons^(A)
    and their daughters to false gods.^(B)
³⁸They shed innocent blood,
    the blood of their sons^(C) and daughters,
whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan,
    and the land was desecrated by their blood.
³⁹They defiled themselves^(D) by what they did;
    by their deeds they prostituted^(E) themselves.
