Psalm 106:7-9
English Standard Version
7 Our fathers, when they were in Egypt,
did not consider your wondrous works;
they (A)did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love,
but (B)rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea.
8 Yet he saved them (C)for his name's sake,
(D)that he might make known his mighty power.
9 He (E)rebuked the Red Sea, and it (F)became dry,
and he (G)led them through the deep as through a desert.

7 When our ancestors were in Egypt,
they gave no thought(A) to your miracles;
they did not remember(B) your many kindnesses,
and they rebelled by the sea,(C) the Red Sea.[a]
8 Yet he saved them(D) for his name’s sake,(E)
to make his mighty power(F) known.
9 He rebuked(G) the Red Sea, and it dried up;(H)
he led them through(I) the depths as through a desert.
