²Blessed^(A) are those who keep his statutes^(B)
and seek him^(C) with all their heart—^(D)

⁶⁹The arrogant have ^(A)smeared me with lying;
With all my heart I will ^(B)observe Your precepts.

⁶⁹Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies,^(A)
I keep your precepts with all my heart.
