Psalm 129:4-6

Young's Literal Translation

⁴Jehovah [is] righteous, He hath cut asunder cords of the wicked.

⁵Confounded and turn backward do all hating Zion.

⁶They are as grass of the roofs, That before it was drawn out withereth,

New International Version

⁴But the Lord is righteous;^(A)
he has cut me free^(B) from the cords of the wicked.”^(C)

⁵May all who hate Zion^(D)
be turned back in shame.^(E)
⁶May they be like grass on the roof,^(F)
which withers^(G) before it can grow;
