2 (A)The Lord looks down from heaven upon the children of men,
To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
3 (B)They have all turned aside,
They have together become corrupt;
There is none who does good,
No, not one.

4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge,
Who eat up my people as they eat bread,
And (C)do not call on the Lord?

4 Do all these evildoers know nothing?(H)

They devour my people(I) as though eating bread;
    they never call on the Lord.(J)
