Set a (A)guard, O Lord, [a]over my mouth;
Keep watch over the (B)door of my lips.
(C)Do not incline my heart to any evil thing,
To practice deeds [b]of wickedness
With men who (D)do iniquity;
And (E)do not let me eat of their delicacies.

Let the (F)righteous smite me [c]in kindness and reprove me;
It is (G)oil upon the head;
Do not let my head refuse it,
