and does no evil to his neighbour,

who does no wrong to a neighbor,
and casts no slur on others;

⁵Whoever slanders his neighbour ^(A)secretly
I will ^(B)destroy.
Whoever has a ^(C)haughty look and an ^(D)arrogant heart
I will not endure.

I will put to silence;
whoever has haughty eyes^(B) and a proud heart,
