Psalm 16:4-6

4     let their suffering increase because
        they hurried after a different god.[a]
I won’t participate in their blood offerings;
    I won’t let their names cross my lips.
5 You, Lord, are my portion, my cup;
    you control my destiny.
6 The property lines have fallen beautifully for me;
    yes, I have a lovely home.

4 Those who run after other gods(A) will suffer(B) more and more.
    I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods
    or take up their names(C) on my lips.

5 Lord, you alone are my portion(D) and my cup;(E)
    you make my lot(F) secure.
6 The boundary lines(G) have fallen for me in pleasant places;
    surely I have a delightful inheritance.(H)
