¹⁴ By your hand save me from such people, Lord,
    from those of this world^(A) whose reward is in this life.^(B)
May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies;
    may their children gorge themselves on it,
    and may there be leftovers^(C) for their little ones.

⁷ From their callous hearts^(A) comes iniquity^[a];
    their evil imaginations have no limits.

¹⁰ I denied myself nothing my eyes desired;
    I refused my heart no pleasure.
My heart took delight in all my labor,
    and this was the reward for all my toil.
