⁴⁵As soon as they heard me, they obeyed;
    foreigners groveled before me.
⁴⁶Then they became disheartened
    and came forth trembling from their strongholds.
⁴⁷The Lord lives! Blessed^[a] be my Rock!
    Exalted be God, my Savior!
