⁴ In You our fathers ^(A)trusted;
They trusted and You ^(B)rescued them.
⁵ To You they cried out and were granted escape;
^(C)In You they trusted and were not ^[a]disappointed.

² Behold, ^(A)God is my salvation,

For ^[a](C)Yah—Yahweh Himself—is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation.”

³ The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect ^(A)peace
Because he trusts in You.
^4 (B)Trust in Yahweh forever,
For in Yah—Yahweh Himself—we have an everlasting ^(C)Rock.

^7 (A)Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh
And whose ^(B)trust is Yahweh.
